Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to your questions

Explore how an ongoing DDaaS relationship works.

What is included in the scope?

Scope is agreed around your business needs. It sets out the capabilities, responsibilities and capacity included in the relationship. Work outside that scope is discussed and agreed separately.

How is DDaaS priced?

Pricing reflects the agreed scope, capability mix and delivery capacity. We discuss these with you and set out the commercial terms in a proposal before work begins.

How will we communicate?

We agree the main contacts, communication channels and review cadence at the start, so requests, progress and decisions have a clear home.

What turnaround times can we expect?

Timing depends on the work, its complexity, dependencies and agreed capacity. Priorities and expected delivery dates are discussed before work is scheduled.

Can priorities change?

Yes. We review new requests against the current plan and agree the tradeoffs. Changes that need additional scope or capacity are discussed before proceeding.

Are third-party costs included?

Hosting, software licences, advertising spend and other third-party costs are identified separately unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. DDaaS can support an internal team and existing providers. We agree ownership, access and handoffs so everyone understands their role.
