Content and Search Planning Workbook
Build a publishing plan around useful audience questions, credible evidence and the team’s available time. Coordinate writing, review and design, then keep existing content current through an owned maintenance schedule.

Content and Search Planning Workbook
A topic list becomes a delivery plan only when the answer, evidence and people are clear. This workbook connects defined topics to publication dates and role-level hours, adds each person’s workload across roles and exposes incomplete assignments before the plan is approved.
Inside the workbook
Publishing plan
Define the planning window and see which scheduled items are ready, which people exceed capacity and which maintenance reviews are overdue.
Topics and delivery
Connect each audience question to evidence, reader purpose, publication date and accountable contributors.
Capacity and maintenance
Balance writing, review and design hours against real availability while keeping existing content accurate.
A few practical details
Can one person hold several roles?
Yes. Use the same unique person name or ID. Their writing, review and design hours are added together.
How are blank effort estimates handled?
They remain incomplete. Enter a genuine zero only when no effort is required for that role.
Which publication dates are included?
Dates from Window start through Window end are included, including both boundary dates. Cancelled rows are excluded.
