Digital Partner Evaluation Scorecard

Agree what good delivery means before hearing the final proposals. This workbook connects weighted criteria to the evidence behind each score and gives mandatory requirements their own decision path. The final record captures the reason for the choice and any conditions still to resolve.

Inside the workbook

01

Partner comparison

View each named partner’s weighted score, evidence coverage and mandatory requirements outcome alongside the decision record.

02

Criteria and evidence

Agree six criteria and weights, then use consistent rating anchors with an evidence record for each partner.

03

Mandatory requirements

Define non-negotiable acceptance conditions and preserve Pass, Fail and Pending decisions independently of the score.

A few practical details

Why can a partial score be high?

The score uses assessed, applicable criteria. Coverage shows the incomplete evaluation, so the score should be interpreted with the evidence record.

Can a high score override a failed requirement?

No. Requirements are evaluated independently and a failure remains visible on Decision.

How should weights be entered?

Enter all six weights as percentages totaling 100%. Use an explicit zero for an unused criterion.
