Two operating owners review a failed integration, its accountable owner and recovery evidence.

Know what is ready. Decide what needs attention.

Bring the people who own the work into one evidence-led review. This workbook keeps ratings, scope exclusions and incomplete evidence visible, so a high score cannot disguise an unfinished assessment. The resulting action plan connects each commitment to a control and a clear definition of completion.

Inside the workbook

01

Domain review

A concise view of accepted ratings and evidence coverage across five operating domains, with scope, ownership and review date.

02

Twenty operating controls

Specific inspection prompts, consistent rating anchors and calculated input checks help teams assess practice with observable evidence.

03

Accountable action plan

Connect important gaps to an owner, due date, completion evidence and a recorded decision.

A few practical details

What does a blank rating mean?

The control has not been assessed. It remains in the coverage denominator and does not count as a zero.

Can a control be excluded?

Yes. Select N/A and record the scope reason in Evidence and date. The accepted exclusion is removed from coverage.

Does a domain rating establish compliance?

No. It summarizes the accepted evidence in this operational review. Use the control records and relevant obligations for assurance decisions.
